United StatesThe tags themselves are thin and flimsy. I thought they would be a harder cardstock. When I order the tags I chose the white ribbon to come with the tags so I could attach them to my favors, but I did not receive the ribbon. I sent two emails requesting the ribbon or to see how this could be corrected. It has been 2 weeks and I still have yet to hear back on a course of action.
