    Return Policy


    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Refunds are NOT available on engraved or personalized items. Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these products.  Items without personalization can be returned. 

    If your items come with self-assembled labels or tags, the unpersonalized portion may be eligible for return, but will be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact our support team regarding this type of partial refund. 

    Any merchandise found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested. does require the defective merchandise to be returned, and a postage-paid envelope for the return will be included in your replacement shipment.  

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact for refund instructions for your order. If items are returned without communication with our support team for instructions, a refund of any capacity will not be guaranteed.

    Order Changes

    Once payment is made, this confirms all details of your order. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once the order is confirmed. This includes personalization on personalized items, shipping address, and cancellation if the order has already moved into production. Please contact support@foreverweddingfavors if changes need to be made to your order and if we are able to update the order we will, but we cannot guarantee due to quick processing and production times.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will not supply return label for gifts. Customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

    Late or missing refunds 
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items 
    Sale items will be refunded at the same price that they were purchased.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Products that Require Art Work Refund Policy

    Products that require an artist to draw artwork on a gift are non refundable. 

    All artwork created is for your personal use only and NOT for commercial use (mass produced and/or resold).  If you would like to use the created artwork for commercial use then please notify us first.  Artwork that will be used for commercial use will cost more than standard prices.
