After I placed an order, they waited 2 weeks to do nothing, then tell me they don't have my item, and won't exchange for a similar one nor cover shipping cost to make it in time for my wedding. I'm shocked at how these people do business. I placed an order two weeks ago, giving the company 3 weeks to deliver the product. They emailed me yesterday saying they don't have my order and can substitute with an **** #cheers on the jar, as if that's an ok alternative. When I emailed back saying they need to ship me a similar product and guarantee delivery before my wedding which is this weekend I got patronized that actually I placed the order August 4 and they will effectively wait until the last moment possible to ship my item, and that if I want anything done I need to cover expedited shipping which would be $100. What's crazy is that within the past 5 years customers who have done any shopping on etsy, amazon, mercari, anywhere, expect that the seller ships within a week, there's a week for transit, and a week as a cushion. They basically waited 2 weeks to do nothing to tell me they don't have plain jars and say I need to cover expedited shipping and pay extra for an item that is similar since it's not part of my original order. Well it's they that don't have my original order, and don't seem to understand that they majorly ******* over a bride that ordered a large order (!00 jars) 3 weeks before the wedding. They should be apologizing profusely instead creating a problem for myself to solve. Instead I'm just going on Amazon, buying these jars, using a same-day stamp from staples, and a canva design. I literally found this exact design on canva without trying to. It will be cheaper and faster and I won't have to deal with a ****** company
